James Beard Foundation

The James Beard Foundation House in Greenwich Village, New York City, has selected a menu featuring Weatherbury Station lamb to be prepared and served for Mother's Day on May 11, 2003 by Fabian Botta, chef and owner of Fabian's in Winston-Salem, NC. Fabian submitted the menu for review many months ago, which was accepted by the prestigious organization. The brunch will be attended primarily by gourmet food enthusiasts and press.
     Weatherbury Station supplies lamb to Fabian's regularly in season, so that Fabian's customers have at least one locally raised entree choice freshly and elegantly prepared.
